★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writting this review just after completing my trip from Bangalore to Kukke. Standing beside the driver and in realy bad mood.
The day I went and talked to the guy responsible, made me and my family feel like we choose the right travels. Initial impression was good in massive way. Slow we realized we where being cheated in every aspect.
Firstly I am not even sure if they had any package for Kukke. I say this coz the guy did calculation based on rough estimate of kilometres infront of me and said it will be 11,500/- for two days. He didn't even inform me about the package. During closing when we did calculations it came to 10,100/- I called the guy to talk to him about the calculations coz he said I can during closing if I face any issues. He answered saying please pay full 11,500/- and kept the phone.
I mean is this how travel businesses works.? I am so shocked.
Dont get me started with the driver. Driver unwilling to stop or show or give information about the places around kukke. As we are not familiar with the place we rely more on the driver knowledge.
Unfortunately he was either unfamiliar with the place or had no interest in his passengers interest.
Overall if you want to just donate money to travel a agencies then please go ahead with this "awesome" travel agency. Or else please go for other options. There are many trust me.

Went with a query for a trip which I was planning to go 2 days later.
Having high rates with bad service
If u don't book with them they make extortion calls and demand money in the name of cancellation charge (even though u have not made any kind of booking with them).
They will give u one paper mentioning itenary (which is useless and totally different from what we call itenary ).Don't take it.
Will never ever recommend to anyone.
Please stay away from such type of companies.
My experience was horrible and suggest all my friends to beware of such type of business entering in the market which is spoiling the name for all tour and travel companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had good experience in dealing with them. They have proper range of stays and vehicles based on our budget and need. Gives good suggestions for proper route. Vehicles provided by them are very good. Drivers are also much experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience. Travelled to Horsley hills in a group for couple of days. Very arrogant, unprofessional and disrespectful drivers. They behaved in a very uncivilised way even with women and senior citizens of our group. On complaining about the demeaning attitude of drivers to owner, he did try to reason with the drivers but drivers were uncooperative. Despite making upfront payments for the trip, i am feeling disappointed with the services provided.
I agree there was some miscommunication about the number of travellers (which was sorted out after booking additional vehicle), but the way the driver were reacting to the situation was filthy to say the least. 1) Slamming the door angrily on the face, 2) talking on mobile continuously while driving, 3) talking to women and children rudely, 4) hurrying passengers sit in the vehicle after stops are all signs of unprofessional behaviour.
We were thankful to finish our trip early to get rid of the drivers behavior and come out of the forgetful experience.
@ Mohan(owner) - i understand you tried your level best to do damage control and i appreciate it. You were aware of the total number of travellers, its just that the drivers were beyond your control. Clearly you cannot blame the customer to make the review sound less negative.

There is no option for rating these fellows negative. I booked a car with driver after paying advance and he was supposed to come at 10 in the morning and he didn't showed up. Till 1 o'clock, there were no calls from them. Finally we were able to contact a person and the person said that he'll send a driver in 1 hour. After 1 hour the person called and said that Sir I'll send a car tomorrow at 6. Right now it's not possible.
Arranging a cab at the last moment was difficult and all of our hotel booking were altered because of that. In short, our whole holiday plan was on toss because of these unprofessional and non sense service providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was 0 or minus star rating I would have given that. Hired a tempo traveller to drop a marriage party from Home(Brookefields) to Railway station. It was a very bad day due to heavy rain and bad traffic. But still we started at 5:30 pm(when rain had not started and traffic was decent) to catch a train at 9:15 pm. But still couldn't reach. It became clear that it was intentional as midway the driver intentionally delayed so that if we miss the train and since we were going to the marriage and couldn't afford to miss, he could drop us till the destination city and charge us heavily. We missed the train and had to book a bus(which we thankfully got with the help of a relative) for the marriage party to reach the destination that cost us heavily.

Hired Toyota Innova which was clean and maintained properly...
Dealing with owner Mohan was clear and transparent.
Overall experience good.
