★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Sudhakar panda have been allocated the single room in Bangalore near agraa lake by guide with nestaway on 17 Jan 2022, I am working banking sector in my bank they have alloted the house and I was informed the Sudhakar Panda 16 Feb 2022 and I will be vacated the given room on or before 1st March and I was vacated my things on 1st of March, and I have informed him on 2nd March at time of booking they told the advance amount will be transferred to you back without any deduction within a week but in phone call sudhakar Panda tell the one month rent and two months water bill,electricity bill will be deducted and I have told him I will pay Jan Feb eb and water bill to you for that no reply and i have vacated that room but still I didn't receive the call about advance amount and still I am did not receive any advance amount back, I have paid my Jan Feb month rent has Sudhakar Panda asked.please don't trust by other's review Please completely verify the agent and then book the house r room guys in Bangalore by nestaway this is my humble request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst services they provide, full of bed bugs and toilet is worst has public toilets, the agent named ( Sanikal and Pranav ) in Navi Mumbai are not answering the call after they hand over the keys. This is really bad service from them.
Hope you guys are human just like us I’m sure you will not go there the same has we’re.

No proper response after multiple follow ups. Better if we roam and search we can find better places
P.S NestAway charges are too high not worth the service they provide

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service from Nestaway. Highly recommend AGAINST renting out from this provider. It's a TRAP.
I moved in a Nestaway managed house in April and booked one month in advance. This guy Narendra promised to fix everything but nothing was done. Flush tank doesn't work too for which we have been chasing them for over a month but to no result. They will surely make you regret choosing them. I am doubtful if I will ever get my deposit back too.
In case you ever encounter Narendra you are doomed because just while moving in he will get hospitalized or something similar.
Find them on Twitter, mouthshut if you don't believe me. Hopefully someone else will be saved from this trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Ever book a house through Nestaway.. while moving out they have deducted 24000 rs from my security deposit. please note that this is apart from your rent.. they applied so many unnecessary charges. when i moved in no person was available and i received the keys from security person so few things like light were not available so i had put my own and while vacating i took it out.. now they charged me for bulb and holder together 600 rs..there was no drawer in wardrobe but they charged drawer damage charge. door stoper, chimney, deep cleaning, one month rent for painting.. I asked for move in video but they refused to give. there services are the worst. Here is the charges that they have put..so take a wise decision and never book through Nestaway..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had an agreement with Nestaway for renting out her property in Bangalore bearing Nestaway ID 1034. Recently, we requested Nestaway to terminate the agreement and hand over the property back to us. But they have been very uncooperative and giving vague answers. The relationship manager Mr Pratim just passes on our complaint mails to Mr Subhash. Furthermore, they never answer our calls. All our calls, at least 20 of them, get cut and we get a return call to give a feedback if the response from the relationship manager has been satisfactory or not? When there is no communication at all, where is the question of judging the response. This is very very frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst. The property manager is never reachable, nor are any of their support center number gets connected, nor they ever reply for tickets raised. I have one property listed with them and they have not been able to get a tenant yet. I have raised request to cancel contract and they don't even want to respond to that. Unfortunately I am not in Bangalore and my property is in Bangalore and they don't seen to be reachable by any means for me to get back my flat keys. I would never recommend anyone to take any services from them. The worst service ever in property management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a worst experience I had here. From the time of move-In to move-Out. Site manager never response correctly. Services are not proper and there customer center also ask you to chase behind there teammates it self. Even after telling site managers are not responding. At the time of move-out , please be careful. They will create random issues and show it as it caused by you. Even though those issues are there from ages.
I really suggest anyone not to go through nestaway and rent a house directly.
