★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You might be attracted with unlimited packages of their internet services.but once you ll take their service you going to Compare your data pack with their wifi speed which is shown and told by them I never got experienced
And in this pandemic we all of us doing work from home but how to work? To be on mobile data pack? Which is just not unlimited!
In a week i have complained for 7th times i wish I could have screenshots and post of complaints receipts Here. This is not just enough they never come back to you
Rest is history!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have taken their service and am regretting since then. They did not give me a bill for over 5 months now and everyday there is downtime for some or the other reason. Promised speed was 15MBPS and the max i reach is 8 mbps. No response from customer service... Please spend a little more and take from better provider atleast they value their customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of worst ISP in the market. All the time link fluctuating, low speed or packets drops. They suggested to upgrade the plan so I upgraded to 16Mbps and after that facing same issues regular basis. Getting 1Mbps to 4Mbps and the time lodge a complaint about the issue they say restart the router and you are good to go?like seriously..? What in the earth this is how you resolve issues? In my area mobile network reception is very low so I have to depend all the time on Wifi and there are these dumb peoples providing such kind of services. All they want is money nothing else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad office support for services. Network has been really bad for months and no help that can resolve the issue on long terms is offered. If someone buys this plans then please have a speed dial number saved first since customer will have to call them everyday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently had a wonderful experience, next morning my son had final exam to be given online and suddenly net connectivity stopped, I contacted Net4U arround 23:30 hours and by 23:45 my issue got resolved. Next day I got a verification call in the morning before start of the exam from Net4u customer care incharge that was incredible service. It was not the first instance earlier too ground networking team and customer care stood for the situation such gesture & professional approach I may not get from Jio, Airtel type operators....
I think such responses customer will get only from local service provider and not from giants like Jio or Vodafone or airtel ....Some one stands for you at critical condition is overwhelming...another important part is network package is very economical......Thanks to Net4u.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Current customer of theirs, net quality is good but service is really not good. If you have an issue be assured your phone will not be picked. If picked won't be resolved quickly. Given we all have work from home now , resolution of net issue will take lot of time. 3 star for quality of net. 1 star for services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service possible....i wish i could give negative stars. . I wld give minus 100...I really reget for i took its subscription for a year... Network zero service zero.. Their men themselves Don't know wat the problem is.. Sweet talks while getting the network then zero service
