★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic application, pathetic service, no one's come for serving after complaining on this application, and afterwards your plain expired then you can't call customer care because your account is deactivated, and your relationship manager also ditch you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. My internet has not been working for 3 days. I have called customer service atleast 6 times and no result. Their technical team keeps closing my compliant from their side, without resolving the problem. As a result I have had to open 3 new complaints. They also take 1 years payment in advance and provide lousy service. Not worth the money. Cheaper options are available in the market.

For new connection, they'll send someone within 15 mins.
But boy, if you have some issues with the internet you just reach them. And they wouldn't even bother to reach you back.
So choose wisely. Phew!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. There is never any response from all the customer care contact numbers mentioned everywhere. Even contact numbers mentioned on the website doesn’t work. They promise the world to you but deliver nothing. Internet stops working more than thrice a day for more than an hour and there is no one to contact. Extremely disappointing service. I would never recommend anyone to subscribe to their internet service. I am going to throw burn their Reuter to ashes.

I pay almost 4000rs for good internet connection... but i dont get that.. half of the time the intermet is down.. i have called hathway for service atleat 10 times a month cause the intermet is down.. my plan is of 3months and in that i only get 1month internet..rest of the time its down.. I am looking for other wifi service.. Plz do not go for this!! When the plan expires these ppl will call you a 100 times a day but when you have any problem they wont care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an extremely horrifying experience with this service provider named Mr. SAROJ. During COVID time he fraudulently promised to provide his service within three days of making an advance payment. On his representation we paid the advance money and provided all the required documents. On the day when wi fi was to be installed he stopped answering calls on calling from another number he said " aap jo kar lo aaj toh nahi lag payega" again we requested for next day he said kal bhi nahi lag payega.
He is a cheater and a fraud please save your money and time.
