★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you buy a flat or rent it, what is the first thing you want is that your flat remains intact for 20 years but this is not the same case out here. The roof on top of you can slip anytime or the wall can fall on you while you are having a bath. Third class building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice building according to vastu shastra. It has 3 wings each consisting of 16 floors, 2 floors parking and podium on the second. The building is completely on outright and it has been 6 years since it existed. And the matter of the fact there is a history behind the name of this building as there seven small building before they went into reconstruction and after that comes the wonderful achievement all together.
