★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service provider ever. Basically they are like a scam, they sell you long term plans, I paid for 9 months.out of which every month 15 days their connection does not work or has issues. Now when you have an issue , their 'so called customer service' is basically another group of fraudsters who have no idea of customer service. Half of the time they do not register your complains and just make sure that somehow they are able to pass the time. The sales guys are utterly not responsible. Their so called senior management never answer calls , the engineers have no idea where to start troubleshooting. Now I am stuck till January as I have paid them in advance. But in general an advise for people stay away from NETCOM BROADBAND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken one year unlimited internet plan but every 2nd day, it doesnt work. If we call to the service provider then his response is so poor. I emailed for my refund but i think this is the policy of this company that once money received, after that no matters if customer has problem. Worst service. I will not recommend to anyone to take this connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I curse that day I booked their service. I mailed to a person called Pankaj as directed by thier call center asking him to disconnect and refund the remaining balance money
I used their connectivity for45 days at that time. Now it's more than 2 months and the outage was more than 40 days internet hours approx. Only way now is consumer Court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. For the last two days there has been no internet connectivity and no one is responding to calls or complaints. This is not the first time that such issue has arisen. We paid for a full year subscription and this is only our first month and already having connectivity issues with complete blackouts. I am now going to take the company to the consumer forum. I work from home and it is impossible for me to attend to calls, do research without internet. The service had taken a toll on my work.
Sincere advice : DO NOT TAKE THIS SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience with Jet Netcom headache. Every second day net issue for more the 4hr to solve, local provider will stop receiving call, if pay for 25Mbps speed you receive less then 5MBPS, plz dont ever try pay for month get use only for 20 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. They will just take the amount in advance and sit over it. No one attends your complaints. Even mobile net is faster than their 25-50 mbps plans. These guys want you as one time customer as they themselves know that no one is going to renew.

N after that there is no network
