Very Bad Behavior By The Staff Today I Went For My Baby Haircut The Reply Frm The Staff Was Very Rude And For My Baby Haircut He Is Saying Me Have You Take Appointment I Will Suggest Everyone Not To Visit This Place As Ppl Don't Treat The Customers Properly....My suggestion Is Against This Place....

Been here for hair spa after applying cream which God knows which cream application they used and hardly 5-7 min massage with 15 min steam they will leave you and wash off this is there hair spa service..Not going again ,not recommended

Pathetic one illiterate woman. I request everyone in Malad to visit her once and experience yourself. I have her video also and when I took her video she tells me that thanks you at least I will go viral and salon will be famous .. they give u duplicate shampoo and conditioner. When water is cold, they will tell u to wash with cold water or your hair will get damaged , that's bcz she doesn't have. Geyser.. Pathetic woman she is. U will never find any customer there. She can ask u to leave in middle of the treatment. I am lucky I only had hair wash, if u go for colour. She will apply and ask u to leave in between of it. She is mental unfit. Sycho. Please dotn avoid this salon. As everyone needs to go here once to see this mental woman. And the. May be we all can complain and shut her salon down. As she can damage anybody's hair.

Friend's plz do go visit Evoque Unisex Salon as you will really get a homely feel to get yourself pampered. Amazing offer is going on along with a haircut a free pedicure...so why waste time and grab this offer by visiting Evoque.

These guys they waxed on my tattoo and when I asked for manager . The lady named Vandana comes and says I am the manager then I asked who is the owner and there you go. She is herself the owner. They have ruined my tattoo. I am bleeding and my forever tatoo is gone. She said it has happened because she did not inform earlier to not wax on the tattoo . These people are not even aware of it. The lady is horrible

The worst salon I’ve ever been to, right from the service to the staff to the place that’s in complete shambles. I went for a full hair keratine and after the first wash itself my hair was back to how it used to be. When I messaged the salon lady Vandana about it she asked me to come to her salon with my shampoo and when I reached there, their only solution was to blame my shampoo which by the way is OGX (famous for being SLS free). My point - even if I wash my hair with a drug store brand (which I didn’t) the keratin is not supposed to wash off in ONE wash. Going back to the day of the treatment, the salon lady Vandana called me at 11 am and came 30 mins late and when I pointed that out, she felt that it’s not a crime to come that late for your customer's appointment. My point - why give a time if you can’t adhere to it? 30 mins can put someone’s entire schedule off! The poor staff is clueless, the woman is unprofessional, their products are CHEAP and their Malad West branch is literally breaking down, LEAKING and STINKING. If you are planning to go to EVOQUE for a keratine treatment DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. *edit to the owner's reply" With regards to the feedback given would like to clarify certain things on the image's share of salon interior It was earlier mentioned that salon is under renovation. So if you will b comfortable than only visit salon Post keratin it was recommended to use shampoo & conditioner of proffesional product & not to buy online. Second thing we also recommend not use warm or hot water for hairs . But was not followed by you. We can share your pic taken post keratin treatment with the results Kindly follow home care process post any professional treatment done from salon. *reply* 1. It was NEVER informed that the salon was under renovation. 2. I've continue to use an SLS free shampoo and conditioner till date, which was not purchased online. (whoever told you that?!) 3. I use cold water to wash my hair till date. 4. How can you share my pictures when I was never comfortable in you clicking them in the first place? You'd deleted them right in front of me! I DARE you to share them here. 5. My hair went to normal after the FIRST WASH and it has been only deteriorated, despite adhering to everything. 6. I took the service on 12th Sep, 2021 and you've cared to reply o the review after a month (11th Oct, 2021). This itself shows how professional you are. This woman Vandana is a very sweet talker until she gets her money, she'd chased me calling night and day to get the service done at Evoque, but she literally yelled like am old aunty when I got uncomfortable with them clicking my pictures without asking me, continuously shoving the camera in my face, and it all went tumbling down from there... Don't know about other services, but the KERATINE TREATMENT & CUSTOMER SERVICE is a sham here.
