May be the owner of the salon should accept that she doe not know her work professionally.. this is one of the worst experiences of mine where the service and professionalism is pathetic and I will never recommend you to visit this salon .. very very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be ware of this place as they manipulate old. I had taken an appointment for a basic facial for my mother in law. That charged for Rs800. While doing the facial the beautician asked can I go ahead with the D Tan. However they dint say that it would charge and jus fr applying extra cream they charged extra RS 500 without her consent. How would my ppl know while doin a facial what these guys apply and ask and just mint money unnecessarily. They say they have the recordings of the consent please send the recordings where the beautician said that the DTan would charge extra money. This salon is only manipulating to make money. Poor service every received. Please be careful before goin to this salon. Make sure you clear what they are goin to charge you for. Pathetic service. Rather than goin here it’s better to go to a reputable Salon like Enrich Kapils, Lakmé where they don’t manipulate ppl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer handling! I was offered a free service with a haircut and was denied after I made the payment. I didn’t even need the service because I was running late but the way the owner stepped in with a rude attitude was really bad and made me an unhappy customer. This is the first time I am writing a review on Google because I am really disappointed!

I have a recurring incident where they do not keep committed appointment.They asked me to postpone time by 45 mins.This is very unprofessional.
During my last visit they put some trainee who completely ruined my beard shape and had to waste 1 hour 30 mins to get back into shape but look completely changed.
It’s better to goto professional Saloons in the Vicinity Enrich , Lemon etc.
