★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrich Salon at Infinity 2 Malad - Am Enrich member since 7-8 years. Sadly their customer service regarding booking has gone from bad to worse in the past years. Inspite of booking confirmation, they managed to mix up the appointment time with other person. Happened for the second time in an many years. Recommend to go someplace better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointed! Went in for nails extensions, I specially mention that I need French ombré, nail extensions- the price quoted was around 3500 over the phone.
When arrived, I was informed they don’t have tools for French ombré. I told the nail artist my budget was around 3500 and then I was quoted 4 K which I was okay with as it has nail art.
At the end they billed me for 6K! It was soo heart breaking and it ruined my day!
Definitely not recommended for nails!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Enrich and I had gone for a global hair colour, and a pedicure.
I was connected to Ganesh, with whom I requested for helping me severe hair fall. He gave me the global hair service, and also suggested a treatment for my hair. I was not forced into buying the product, I was left completely up to me. I listened and bought the product and I saw the change instantly. The product worked a miracle. A month later, today, I went for my touch up, and met Ganesh again. I only had the kindest regards for his consult and advice, which has given me outstanding results. I also got a new haircut from Ganesh. He has magic hands, is passionate in his work and a master of his trade.
My pedicurist and waxing technician were also knowledgeable and efficient.
Thank you Enrich team, your professionals do know their trade and I m honoured to have had tge privilege of having Ganesh do my hair management!
More power to you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The haircut was good. But at a point it felt that I am not for haircut but to a store where the person is literally forcing you to buy the product and telling how bad your hair quality is now. I mean I know and I am here for that but you don't have to tell me for the entire 40-45 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken an appointment with Mr. Ganesh for a haircut 2 days prior to the day of haircut. However, on the day of haircut the salon made me wait for 40 mins and still Mr. Ganesh or the salon did not have the courtsey to inform me how much longer I needed to wait. At the end of 45 mins I finally told them I am not interested in haircut at this salon anymore because they were extremely unprofessional. Would recommend any other professional salon over this enrich.
This is not the first time I have had a bad experience. I hope the management reads this and works to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only reason in am giving this place 3 stars is that although the salon is amazing and so is the treatment, the staff is always trying to sell products Because of which the salon visit did not feel as relaxing as it should have. Also i will suggest do proper research on the treatments you want to include in your package as the salon will entice you into trying and adding new treatments to your existing appointment which may or may not be worth the price paid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk manager was so damn rude when I visited them for an appointment. No eye contact, no offer to help with a stylist to suit my requirements. She was least interested in talking to me. She literally chased me off. Where is this attitude coming from? Worst ever outlet, never bothered taking an appointment, and also, she was bad mouthing another client who had visited earlier. Well done Enrich, grown bigger in size but attitude sucks.

Firstly when second cartridge was used I was not informed.
Secondly I have complaint in quantity for your products Rs720 is just one roll on wax in that you mean just hands can be done that too without underarms and apart from taxes of total is 1080 I am actually paying 1400 bill. Like can you please tell me. and upon that I am also noting roll on cartridges are getting smaller day by day.
Just 700 for hand wax that too without underarm just not acceptable.
I end up paying 1400 for just hands and legs ? And you all charge technician charge too? Like seriously, I didn’t asked for any specialist then why am i changed ? Last time also my 200 was refund back to my account but only 30 day time to use it. How can someone go in 30 day span back to salon. Just making fool out of your loyal customers.
Upon that at billing counter, despite of asking innumerable number of Times to the chaise that was Is the next free service available as I would told after membership is taken post 3 services I have one free service that can be taken. She refused to tell me that, I told you check on the server and let me know she said it’s not possible to tell now. May I please know how ?
Enrich would end up loosing their royal customers.
Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.
