The culture, discipline , benefits and employee to manager engagement is unbeatable. In these years there had been many stances when the deliveries became challenging but the kind of suppport and trust my seniors showed, it gave me a lot of confidence. Its an ideal place who want to show off on their skills
Pros
1. On time salary , which is rare to see.
2. Very smooth and seamless process right from HR to the operations
3. Very nice infrastructure.
4. Amazing leadership , they are very dynamic
5. Very very easy metro connectivity which makes it easy for me to commute from other part of the city

Upper Management is easy to reach and you can literally say your thing in front of them, Infact, they are open for the new suggestions and ideas as well. New ideology is always appreciated here. Nethues provides good healthy corporate platform where you can refine yourself and grow as a person. Employees work here taking responsibility and company never puts extra pressure on them. Seniors here are quite supportive and made us learn so many things while doing project work. They mostly get international projects which bring lots of things on table to learn while doing them.

Salary also comes very late. They do not have any directions or proper guidelines. Please do not spoil your carrer here.
