And there workers always makes excuses and never come on time... Unprofessional workers.. Dont go for netplus... go for airtel or some other Internet service provider.. Rates are same.. Agr 50, 100 jada ho b to is sir drdi se bchoge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service in terms of call center and senior authorities.i have connection and it giving problems countinuesley they came and repair again after 2 days the same problems occurs and when u trying to reach to netplus then there is no authorised person available from company. U always talk to ur local cable operator for the service . Service wise and management wise its a pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service provider ever. Their customer care executive didn't even know about their plans, about any details at all. The person who installed the net was a shameless cheater. He took money in advance and installed net after 8 days.can you Imagine!!! Private service providers doing this. On the top of it, he changed the plan we paid for into another one which was extremely less efficient. Never ever avail their services.. NEVER is the word.

Customer care services is so pathetic that you won't get any solution from them they are just there to listen but no action will be taken. Local service provider area taking advantage of that , they are being arrogant as the customer care doesn't even file or take complaint regarding them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst network ever . It is not working properly from one month . I am not able to use the internet. I can't do the wifi calling . Downloading anything takes many time . We have called them many times but they're not responding. . See the speed of your network . Whenever they come to check their net they say that our phone is old, but we are having news phone. The is no room to room range of network. They take payment in advance and come after 2 weeks. The modem is 4 year old
