I have a situation in sujathangar, we took a new connection yesterday i. e on 2/04/2020 but it worked till evening and suddenly we came to know that the engineer had installed wifi with some others wire, which is not at all acceptable and we had payed him total amount now he is saying that he is out of wire and he is going to come and install after 5 days.
This is verey poor service, with reference to us some more people are willing to take the connections if your service is like this I am not at all going to recommend your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting executives, terrible service. I would not suggest this "You BroadBand" to anyone.
Its better to wait for 2-3 days and get a better network connection than this.
Since from 4 days we are trying to contact the local dealer who visited our house and was about to give a connection. But he didn't respond only.

I stayed in Hyderabad and Bangalore I used ACT but they are worst and worst in service... but YOU BROADBAND is simply amazing and wonderful... whenever I get a problem it is solved with in one hour through app... excellent technicians 24*7... thank you guys... keep it up...???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If internet gets a problem the technicians would not respond they won't pickup the calls very dirty network. Very worst internet I didn't see such a worst internet on vizag. I have registered complaint in you broadband it takes a long time it will show around you engineer was not founded . If your internet balance was completed on that time they call for you and ask bro please i will keep the link to you please pay the money for us target will be there we should reach the target otherwise for us company won't provide the salary. Finally if u are suffering with internet they wouldn't respond. Guys don't suggest You broadband Isuggest act internet it is very better internet or very simple choose your local networks. Very worstworstthat what all people where giving bad ratings from sunday i am suffering with the problem today is the 3day no response from the You broadband organisation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their response and attitude are humble and very over responsive only during renewal. They forget about customers the very next day. The service has never been upto the mark. Gets disconnected every night. Even during day, we get error messages and automated apology messages for service outage. EVERY DAY. Not at all recommended.

The same issue in every month The MNT team will not rectify the issue in properly
It's better to use Airtel / Act / Jio or any other local broad band is better. 1 rating also is high in think plz don't use the broad band
