★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very worst service. no one is properly responding when ever the complaint has filed. even customer service is also too worst. they don't even know how to respond to the customers and don't have any proper information regarding the issue. they know only thing is to tell that "IT WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 24 WORKING HOURS"
who will wait for that much long time. when we are working from home. they don't bother about that. instead of resolving the issue or doing something to get it resolved, they are continuously reading the same script which they have provided by their management. very disappointed with the service. 1 rating is too high for their service but there is no option to give 0 rating. that's why I hid 1.
