★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst . Speed is good when it's will available. But maximum time no connection. It's It's pathetic for emergency work. Have no support team. If u today called them they will repair 2 days after. Am very shocked .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I would have option to give them zero ?..First of all, they don't know how to behave with customer. Most of the time their services will be down. If u complaint, either they will not pick up ur call or they will postpone for next day (especially if u call post 3 pm) so u can do nothing more than to wait till next day atleast till 11am. If u stand on their head, u will feel like talking to CMD of the company and the only solution is increasing ur blood pressure. Extremely poor and pathetic service provider.

They never respond to your call or your messages. I have been to the other cities but this one here is bringing bad fame to the
city name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having verbal communication on call and watsapp I am Re-writing my issue again here. It has been 07 days from now since I tried to get a new wifi connection. If it is too difficult for the firm to provide the facility they should indicate in the first instance rather comforting their customers with some new excuses everyday. It clearly indicates how poor management they run. Because of my location constraints I am bound to rely on their services. Otherwise it seems their services doesn't match with other internet providers.

Guys, Quality of internet (defect resolution time) and customer support is very bad.
Every time problem occurred in their internet only when it is saturday or sunday.
Never pick up the phone on time, you will call at least 10 times, then they will Respond.

Most ppl use to take it because they dont have a choice. if there is one, all will have moved. The net will get disconnected for long hours without any intimation. Worst part is the customer support.!!
