★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father in law had his cataract procedure done here. Dr. Pradeep Sane did not do the operation himself but sub contracted it to a third rate eye surgeon, who botched up the procedure and soon after there was a swelling in the eye. It has been two months since the swelling and Pradeep Sane has washed his hands from the case, saying that you need to buy an injection worth Rs. 10,000 every month to control the swelling. When asked how long this injection needs to be given, Pradeep Sane says that there is no limit which means that lifelong, every month that injection needs to taken. How can a middle class person afford to take Rs 1,20,000 out of pocket every year to control swelling for a simple cataract operation. The story does not end just there. There were more than 50 such cases of similar swelling allegedly, after cataract operation at Pradeep Sane's eye center and he is misguiding and suggesting the same 10000 injection every month to all those people. This is sheer medical negligence. I would ask everyone to avoid this Doctor as they don't have the required seriousness to treat the patients. Go at your own risk.

One of my friend recommended Netra Jyoti Kendra, Agra to me and I showed my mother to Dr. Pradeep Sane. Dr. Sane did a great job and my mother has got huge relief after consulting him.
The hospital has got a great team and has got all the facilities for all types of eye treatments.
I will strongly recommend Dr. Sane and Netra Jyoti Kendra to all patients.

Excellent facility, state of art technology and very caring doctors. Hospital has all sort of modern facilities with experienced doctors. Hospital provides service from general consultation to surgery. Staff shows great hospitality and care towards individual patient.
The great thing about this place are its doctors. Accurate analysis and neat explanation in laymen terms. They do an excellent job despite having to check lot of patient all day long. Simple the best and affordable eye hospital in Agra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did my father's cataract operation from Netra Jyoti Kendra. Dr. Pradeep Sane did the procedure personally and now my father has got absolutely no problem.
The experience here has been wonderful. Dr Sane is not only a great eye specialist, but also a great human being. The charges for the treatment were absolutely reasonable and the service/ patient care was top class.
The hospital is well equipped to do all types of treatments and surgeries and it has got all the necessary infrastructure. The support team is very well trained and courteous. All in all this is the best place to do any treatment/ procedure related to eye in the entire Agra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very thorough and clean job done. I got my lasik operation here last month. They made me understand the entire procedure step by step and then gave me an appointment date. I just showed up on my appointment time and the operation lasted for 20 minutes. The doctors are very knowledgeable and safe. They were instructing me and kept me in the loop at all times. In the end they prescribed me meds and instructions for the next one month. Very satisfied with the entire process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Pradeep Sane eye doctor for my eyes no checkup to get second opinion why my eyes no is getting increasing slowly.
First day, I paid 400 Rs and I had to wait for 2 hours to consult with doctor and when he saw me, he advised everything is fine and correct. He also advised to come next day to get it checkup once more with lady doctor, she comes only every Tuesday. So next day was Tuesday only. I went to show my eyes assuming she would some thing special to get more details insight. But when I went there, I was asked to pay again 400 Rs separate fee for that lady doctor and I paid, later when she started checkup of my eyes, she did same job of checking my retina which doctor did just one day before, using glass to check the eye power.
It was really disgusting these doctors are sitting just to make money, they are not adding any values to patience.
After that she advised me to get OTC test done for which I asked to pay 2000 RS again. I was really shocked to see that they did same check up with machine, that they did in previous visit. This time they have given me report on paper and earlier they did checked but not given on paper.
So, They are managed to get 2800 Rs for just eye checkup. It is disgusting to see that such high experienced doctors are making patience fool and earning money. Such doctor would pay once time will change. Hope God punish such doctors and make them realize how they are looting patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the location is bit tricky but it's worth to visit. Clinic is clean and hygiene is maintained. Staff was polite and wearing masks properly. Dr Sane is really good and one of the best doctors in Agra. He listens patiently and explains in detail. I visited for my father's cataract surgery and am fully satisfied.
