β β β β β Worst service ever received, Company policy for installing new connection is 30days and for refund 45 days, after taking advance not answering my calls.
Hoping that they are going to refund in 45 days because I transferred money on 27th March and its been 35days no refund received. Sales guy promised to install the connection on same day and if not done then refund will be done on next day, when I asked for refund their policy changed.

β β β β β They listen to customer issues and overall good experience. There is sometimes network slowness, reported many times but it is recurring. Something has to be done there. Billing department can work in better manner because after paying bill on time, and sending confirmation of payment, they still keep on calling for payment, 4-5 times which is not nice. Sorry I reduced one star due to these issue. But overall I recommend using their services. The fact that they want to have customer feedback tells that they are confident about their service and want to make it better.

I m struggling to get my lease line active from last 72 hours but still no resolution
Very poor service
Their sales team approaches you with high promises but later on u get to know that you are being scammed
I lost much amount of money in my business because of their irregularities
Even cheaper broadband services have better customer support
So again fo no go for this company anyone
