My internet issue arise on 4th june and today(date of review) is 10 th of june but problem remains same by seeing the behavior of customer service it seem that i i ve to shift to another broadband.
I also request you to not use this boldly broadband

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Net speed not up to the mark like 60mbps. It should be at least 10 mbps downloading speed. Actually speed is 1-2 mbps. Also internet is not working continually. After 10-15 min connection is brake for 10-20 sec. If I have internet issues. It will take 48 hours to complete.

This is the second instance this year and every time they play with their words. Fed up with UltraNet and it's time to give up coz tolerating services from more than a year. Pathetic customer service.

They write in the description 24*7 available service but after your net is gone they are gone too, wont pick calls after 10pm and even if they wont care about your connection , they want only the money and no support from background and they dont even provide backup line as emergency. Very poor service near noida....Dont ever switch to Ultranet. Take your chances if you are ready to bear the loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service .. every night they turn off the service and resume again in the morning after complaont and send their executive and then he comes and then says* its working, bye.* and then again issue persists.. this is a scam.. also the lady at complaint help line just disconnexts the call when you're asking something as she is not aware of anything.
