★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I now understand what experienced Travel Agents are all about. The kind of knowledge the staff here has when it comes to ticketing, visas etc is extremely impressive.
I am going to do all my travel work here from now on.
I got better deals on my air tickets than any online platform. And valuable help with my visa too.
Importantly, if you have a problem, they are there, as they believe in keeping the human touch going.
And don't be fooled by the small and easy going office. There is a reason why their overheads are low and the customer benefits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor experience. Mr sumit chawla of this firm made us wait for a refund for six months and then returned only half the amount. Completely against suggesting them to anyone for booking of tickets.
Zero professional honesty. Their only aim is to eat up money from unaware customers.
All that written on their website is completely false and one visit to their office proves it.
At this rate one should not be surprised if they find police at their doorstep soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad experience. New Airways travels executive, Mr Sumit Chawla blatently lies to innocent and helpless customers. New Airways travels has not returned my refund for cancellation of my tickets booked through them for almost 6 months. Finally when they return the amount it's only 60 percent of the amount returned to me. So it's an extremely unprofessional firm which is just interested in syphoning your money.
The firm is also into blackmail when it comes to returning your money trying to make you settle for whatever they want to return.
Overall it's a trap.
All the big words written by them on the website are completely fake as per my experience.
Hope the Mayal family wakes up after my review and addresses issues raised by me.
