★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the girls over the counter do carry a lot of attitude but some of them are decent.I am a regular customer there i would always drop in whenever i have something to buy as it is close to my office.
The worst experience i had recently was, i went to buy lipstick from colorbar.The girl on the counter was ok... showing me shades from tester and all ,i bought one of the lipstick worth 800/- (kiss proof lip stain)i went home excited and open the cover to see ...to my surprise the lipstick was not a fresh/new piece half of the the lipstick was used and lipstick stain were outside the tube,the texture seems thick looking from the outside.As the next day was Sunday i went there on Monday to explain and exchange... before i could properly explain the same girl on the counter interrupt and says that the lipstick was used and can't be exchange,we don't sell used product.She seems to be the culprit from the way she react,becoming hyper ..i started doubting her.. she might have intentionally given me the used piece ...so i decided to speak to a senior person there and finally got it exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely fake products. Bought some L'oreal, Maybelline Cosmetics, spent huge amount of money & unfortunately they were fake. Diluted Liquid lip colors, dried up mascara. Total waste of money

I visited the place bought products from 2 3 diff brands and invested so much money
The employee Ruksana helped me do a tester of d product which i liked and bought
However after trying at home i had found its a darker shade
i went to just exchange the product and requested for one light shade
The cashier name Megha without even listening the matter properly just scolded the employee and spoke so rudely with me with not even exchanging the product worth rs 488 where i bought products above 5000 got embrassed to exchange a product worth 488rs
Request the owner of the shop to not have such people on customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's like a haven for all beauty needs. Far better than Beauty center in Crawford Market. This place has beauty product from almost all brands and at discounted prices. They also have other beauty and salon related products at wholesale prices. They give free giveaways as well. It's very close to station and can be reached easily. Do try it out once before heading to crowded Crawford Market.

Firstly they gave me a lipstick that was so dry and the next day when I went to return the product they expected me to buy any other product from the same brand (didn't have any other product from the same brand). When I asked them if I could buy something else from some other brand they immediately started saying that you'll have to take the same product, Nothing can be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posting it here since there's no way to file a complaint and even if it is i doubt they'll listen. I am posting this on behalf of my mom.
Yesterday she went to purchase some products (specifically, in their basement section) where she tried to use her debit card. The card got rejected twice for unknown reasons. The girl at the counter demanded the pin number so that she can try herself. Whether its intentional or not, this is a serious matter. Most people will know you should not give the PIN number but the audacity to ask for one means they maybe preying on people. This is just one bad experience, but it must be something that needs to be dealt with and others should be vary.
The card works. The pin works. We noticed some places make excuses the card does not work (the error does not suggest wrong PIN) and insist on cash. After putting the PIN, always press enter/ green switch in the machine.
