Do not buy from this shop.
I am a CA and my friends comes from Canada. We both visited the shop.
They have 4-5 junior staff still they don't know how to behave.
My friend and I bought a brush, we paid and in rush we left and forgot to take the product. Human error ,it happens. At that time, no customer was there in the shop.Staff is suppose to be alert. Someone is forgetting something.
And when we asked in 2 days about it, they made us stand out for 15 mins saying wait.One new customer they were paying attention too.
And treated us like thefts. All starting arguing and asking questions like an bloodhound. What exact time you came, u daid 2 days back ,she said 2-3 days. Such petty things.And after all that they said no you kept the brush in
the bag.
I usually buy beauty products from brands and malls.When people talk about supporting local shops , this was my first experience in the local shop. And it's Dadar.
Manners, customer relationship, after sale service are just words for them.
