β β β β β Dont buy anything bcz he is not a proper way to talk to the client how to talk the client and how to treated the client I'll buy lehenga that cost me 20 k from here i said them to do some fitting on it he said it to me everything we will do according u said just get ur dress after 7 days so when we get my dress after 7 days it not properly fit so I'll go and ask to fit it again he talked me like i m like no one the way he talking to me his like he dont want to do anything so u buy whatever u wanted from there so plz take ur risk bcz he dont care it fit it on u or not it just sold ur goods that it after that it cant be responsible...

β β β β β Nice place to shop for wedding or traditional wear....ladies would definitely want to give some good time here, also there are price range from which u can choose, the staff is courteous....only drawback is there is no bargaining here. Also there is a little issue with car parking.....as there is very little car parking place available near sena bhavan....
And it's better to park the car properly or else it gets towed away very quickly....

β β β β β Absolutely worst. When the prices are so high and the showroom so opulent, one atleast expects the chains and hooks not to be defective. But they could not even deliver on such a basic requirement.

β β β β β Very bad experience had taken the medium size dress when given for alteration got back the large size altered in a very bad shape.. totally money waste and pathetic staff. Would never ever go back or recommend anybody.

β β β β β They have good collections of Indian wear, especially lehengas, gowns, anarkalis and kurtis. Price is quite expensive but the fabric quality is good. No discounts will be given at any cost. You will get the same collections elsewhere at a reasonable cost.
They have very poor after sales service. You will need to make trips at least 5-6 times to the shop for the correct alterations until you lose the patience and blast at them. They look more than 5hrs for a simple alteration after I strictly mentioned I wanted the same day and stayed until they altered. Highly disappointed as they never use the right measurements while altering and keep making us visit often.
Costumer service is good as long as you purchase the product and after that its not the same.
