I purchased a dress Rs. 1,700/- bill no. 3413 dated 24.11.2018. Before purchased U.R. salesman his informed me alteration in ground floor that is free of cost & He informed me for alteration.. U come next day. I agreed & come next day. After Alteration U.R. ground employee his demanding alteration charge's. & I told Y.U.R not ask before alteration... U. R. employee. He treated like badly. Miss-Behaviour. I am sorry to tell U Sir.,
Pl do not treating other costumer 's. like this.
100% U.R. NEW DELHI FASION SALE CO. get BAD name..
What I purchased Dress in U.R. Co.as fully damaged inside....
Please let me known. what steps I went to take..
