★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I found no option than giving 1* as there's nothing beyond this. Worst is no word for their service. They are not punctual, they keep altering pickup point. The driver keeps smoking besides telling him not to smoke during entire journey . In the name of Amenities they don't serve water until n unless asked. They don't play movies, they put off mobile chargers as n when they feel.
Overnight I traveled with the same staff. Tonight when I complained about my previous day experience, Manager says that driver has to smoke as he has to be awake. It's 21:10 but bus hasn't left majnu ka tilla. Don't travel ever with New Himalayan Travels..... Spoiling ur vacation and trip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience!!! PLEASE NEVER USE THESE SCUMBAGS AGAIN!!!! I used their bus service twice:
Trip 1: Chandigarh to McLeod gunj: the driver calls me 30 mins before my pickup at 12am from Chandigarh and tells me that the pickup point had been changed and asked me to go to another location. I refused to do so because the other pickup location was pretty far. Then the driver finally agreed to pick me up from the original pickup location but the bus arrived 2 hours late.
Trip 2: McLeod gunj to Chandigarh. My boarding was at 7pm from McLeod gunj, as mentioned on my ticket. The driver calls me at 6.10pm and tells me that the pickup time from McLeod is 6pm and that the bus was about to leave. He admitted that the booking system had some glitches because of which my pickup time was showing as 7pm. Then driver asked me to get to a pickup location in Dharmshala by 6.45pm. I had to cancel all my plans, pay another Rs.250 to a can driver to reach Dharmshala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class tour and travel. Please request everyone not to book ticket from this travel.I have book ticket from Delhi to Mcleodganj. We didn't pickup point at night so we tell the driver very much before that plz pick up from the point which is well known before that point. But the driver not stop at that pt and say harshly we have to reach the told pickup point.There is so much dark at that point on the highway ,and huge distance need to be travelled due to which my mother health get disturbed. These are people with no shame. So,plz not book ur tickets with this travel agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I have ever had while travelling in a volvo. These guys will cheat you if you book return tickets from them and one of the volvos would have issues regarding the leg space, quality of staff (ill mannered) and functioning of lcd screen. Distance from manali to delhi is about 600 kms and the money spent is fully wasted if the services promised are not delivered to the passenger. I would recommend not to book tickets through them if you do not want to be cheated and travel comfortably. My volvo number was 4964 and the bus conductor was rude to everybody and had some kind of an attitude problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the seats and the blankets were clean, very relaxing ride, we’ve taken to and fro of Delhi-Mcleod-Ganj trip. Also, they call you to confirm and tell you the pick up point, guide you well and very courteous staffs. I will sure travel with them again recommend that you should give then a try.

Will change the rates when you land at destination.
I recently booked a Shimla trip with this agency, first thing the travel rate they give to me almost double fair to the normal.
Actually i got to know this thing when I reached Shimla.
Secondly when you onboard their vehical they will charge the extra anount in avege of that they manage your trip.

1. Staff behaviour was very nice, he was very good in nature.
2. They called us 2 times 1st when bus started from 1st point n 2nd when they reached on our pickup point.
3. Bus was very neat and clean
4. They reached on point on time and leave on time.
5. We reached on our destination on time.
6. They are very professional so pessangers won't be able to face any problem.
We really like the services, it was very easy to book and they always available on phone.
5 out of 5 Rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are very unprofessional... They have seat available in starting.. Still they offered last seats to get more profit by asking much money. My friend is vomiting after seating there.. I asked for the bag Or something but that UN Human n unhearted man still asking for money and can't wait for 5 mins.. I again went to him to request for the another available seat.. But pathetic person clearly denied and...in front of me he offered that seat to someone else... These guys really don't care there passenger.
And also the main person didn't pick call after listening the scenario.
