, driver seems to be sleepy
Don't know bus was faulty or what it ran max on 40 speed , journey one way of 4 hrs took 7 hrs one side , never going to use their services in future and recommend everyone to stay away from the company

Always came late 1hr -2 hr minimum
You have to request them sir pls turn on the AC . After every 15 minutes. Will share bus driver no. Also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As mentioned on other sites, it was not as much good. Blankets are not clean , bus not reached on time at destination. It was mentioned multi axle but the seats was very cozy.
I don't recommend to travel with Ram dalal if you planning to visit Mcleodganj.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked Bharat Benz but they gave us TATA. BUS. Bus No: HR 38 Y 5720,
We have booked bharat benz semi sleeper through redbus at the time of boarding we got TATA manual transmission which was on hills were performing like TATA Nano.
Air conditioning was JUST FAN EVEN NOT ROOM TEMPERATURE AC.
We could not deny even because we didn’t have options in night.
So please check before booking
They are running bus like mafia so don’t pay extra for there pathetic comfort and I know I’m giving this experience that will be useless

They didn't sent the premium bus that we booked, we paid extra 15k for the premium bus still they sent an uncomfortable bus and still charged the same amount. They also tortured the passengers by stopping the bus midnight at some random place and threatened us for full payment in advance and denied to move until we did full payment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with the stop point. I was traveling from Delhi to Bir and they stopped at the most horrific place ever. This Dhaba where they stopped had a lot of other buses which makes it obvious that they get commissions from there. The washrooms were the worst ever, stinking like anything! Coming to the food, we boarded the bus from MKT at 19:20 where we could have had dinner should we have known that they will stopover at such a horrific place. Anyway talkin'about the dhaba, there were no options of buying chips also. The food was horrendous and they charged us 170 for a dal tadka which was undercooked chana daal with absolutely no taste. All in all I'd request the proprietors to stop compromising customer's comfort for some commissions.
