I would give this company 0 stars if it was possible. We had booked a bus from Varanasi to Kathmandu with this company through the RedBus website. On the day of travel, we went to the bus station to ensure our departure location. While at the bus station we were met by a man who said his brother was in charge of the company. He told us that the bus was cancelled and there would not be another bus for 4 days and we would have to get to Kathmandu by paying for another public bus that would only go as far as the Nepal border. This was obviously unacceptable to us as we had to be in Nepal. We decided to ring RedBus to confirm this cancellation as we had not received any confirmation that the bus had been cancelled.
On the first call we were told the bus had not been cancelled. We said this to the man at the station who told us it had been cancelled.
We rang RedBus again who rang Asians Shina tours directly and confirmed to us that the bus had now been cancelled and the call ended abruptly.
We rang RedBus a third time and spoke to a polite gentleman who confirmed the bus was cancelled, there was no other bus for 4 days and unfortunately there was nothing he could do for us. But he said we would be getting a refund for our ticket in 4-6 working days.
Fast forward to the next day and we received an email from RedBus saying the bus actually went ahead and we wouldn’t be getting a refund.
This is speculation (but I can’t come up with any other reason to do this to us) It appears they overbooked their bus and decided to get rid of us but keep our money.

Bus staff doesn't know about the passenger details. They are just running the bus from origin to destination by forgetting the stoppages, they are running bus only through their own ways. I don't know why!
I will never book any bus from Asian's Shina in future and suggesting people to pls ignore their buses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i m travelling from Asians shina tour & travels bus from Majnu ka tila (delhi) , shop no 125 to Nepal. I have booked seat from phone. At that time they promised to available tkt at bus.. but when I rchd there and asked for tkt they refused to give aftr rcvd pymnt.. so bad behaviours.. bus is not so comfortable.. better to travel by train or air..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give i would have surely given we were 10- 15 minutes because of traffic jam in delhi and they didn’t even wait and after taking to them they didn’t even cancel the ride the thing you are at least suppose to wait as it was not our fault that there was traffic jam they have sold our seats to somebody else and and didn’t even refund the amount really bad experience one could have wouldn’t even recommend this anyone please don’t go from this bus agency you will be disappointed
