★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i booked this bus service after view his reviews and rating in all sites and i got what i want good service nice service provide in lockdown i booked shan e india from delhi when i reached pick up point bus was changed its another bus agency but no problem i received a guy from Shan e india he provide me and my family our seats and take our all responsibility till bus departure he stand outside the bus and wait for bus departure after i finished our journey i got a call from shan e india they asked about our journey and comfortable and services. thank you guys for your services. keep it up

They don't have any bus or office of their own, they usually take booking and then adjust you in some other bus with the last seat, that is why you won't find them on redbus or any other authentic bus service app.
So think of it this way that front seats cost around 1200 rs for manali and back seat around 700 rs, they take money for front seat and then adjust you on back seat.
They literally threatned to beat my friend when we didn't agree with him, abused us and even cancelling our booking.
I would suggest go with some other geniune traveller on redbus to avoid last minute trouble.
