★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the office of the builder for sale agreement of a flat I purchased. Located on the banks of the Ganges there are 2 projects being built - Sangam & Prayag.
The key point of the project is the availability of a private yacht for residents to connect to the city of Kolkata by water. While projects like this is getting built even at Uttarpara but this one is unique with waterfront arti and fully built up facilities.
When I went to the property which is under construction I was impressed by the buggy service to take you from the gate to the office through the construction site. I knew they are delivering Prayag earlier than their commitment but when I saw the manner in which they are undergoing their task I was comforted that it’s not a marketing gimmick but definitely a reality

1st phase "PRAYAG" mostly completed and process of handover already started. Quality of work is not up to the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premium segment flat. I checked sangam as prayag is already sold according to them except few from where everything seems like slum area. Complex layout is like a hotel. Big entrance lobby in each block. Room size are not big according to concept. Modern amenities are available. All proper ganga and south facing premium positions are restricted to 3 bhk only. They are selling more than 6000 per sqft rate for ganga or south facing apartment which is overpriced according to locality. 2 bhks are mainly north west or south west facing. 1 bhk room size are very small. One thing I didn't like. For 1 bhk apartment outer outlet are covered through a balcony and sold it to customer.
