β β β β β The most enchanting and flashy location for waterbody lovers, two projects facing the mighty river ganges with own private jetty.
However the apartments scaling the river is still not open for booking but the view is awesome for people of all ages.
One can sit idle on the private banks and watch the sunset, sunrise with an ease to soothe the mind and soul.
A very big project which will take few years to complete, but its worth to wait for the gala event.

β β β β β I bought a flat in prayag....But they r imposing a lots of restriction s....They r suppressing freedom of life...We have to take our steps according to them....We become just like those Indians of British era....If u buy flat here u can't do as per your own...The Alcove will direct u what to do, what not to...It is very disappointing that though we bought flat by our own money, but the ruler upon us will be the Alcove....Suggest not to by flat in New Kolkata serampore or any Alcove project...

β β β β β Nice affordable housing complex on banks of river Hooghly,on GT Road at Mahesh. Road to the site is bit narrow but connectivity by boat to Dakshineshwar and millenium park if really comes through as promised by the promoter then its advantageous

β β β β β Very nice project. Wonderful view. Magnificent state of art construction. As a prospective buyer, you are treated royally. Once you become an owner, they don't treat you well. They don't let you visit the prime location near Ganges which they showed you during sales pitch ?
