I bought gigar Bajaj I show them it will be put on banker in wash room they said Raipur that they will co-ordinate with the service engineer and will make free installation without any charging ..but when the service engineer come he said he needs extra. When I call them they say it will be charged Raipur sale person for 2simple hole in 1.5inch width they are saying it will be 650.they can do work but will charge .Never trust them sale person both service engineer and they involve at time of buying will make fake promise and will not delivered.

After sale service is very poor..when they sale items behave very decently but when sale is completed they don't even deliver the product on time.rediculous behaviour I must say..Pls avoid going there to buy..

We had bought Air condition from here.. Price is higher than other shops in Serampore... But Good

Worst shop to buy any item. Higher price for outdated products. They say something but sell something. Very delayed delivery. As I am from Rishra, they have waited for clubbed delivery and delayed our delivery for 7 good days. Refrigerator bulb fused and broken. Outlet pipe from Washing Machine is missing. Bad behaviour in telephonic conversation. Installation delayed for several days due to non cooperation from Raipur store. Don't buy a single item from here.

Worst service in proper warrenty..... Sales associate's are totally dump.. After sales services bad...

Representatives are cleverly attracted customers and offer minimum discount and offer brand their own choice.

Please go through the negative feedbacks. They are all pressing on a single issue - after sales service and strategic harassment once a product gets sold. I have purchased 2 nos of Orient room heater from your serampore mahesh unit on 02.01.2022 & 19.01.2022 respectively. The one purchased later suddenly stopped working after a week's use. It made a cracking sound then turned the MCP off with room filled with foul odour. I reported the same to the sales person that sold me the product from your serampore mahesh unit with no effect. The sales lady (named sonali) said they can not help in this matter instead gave me the toll free number of Orient and told me to contact with the company which I did on the same date. Next date the service engineer from orient visited my address ( as in invoice) and informed that the product can not be repaired but exchanged through the shop i purchased from in my case it's your serampore mahesh unit. I conveyed the message to them even made the service engineer from orient talk with the sales lady however even after communication the lady as mentioned ignored my request for assistance. After delayed response and lackadaisical attitude towards after sales service i finally talked with the manager who assured me over phone to drop by and get the one exchanged as explained by the orient service engineer. Of my shock and dismay when I finally managed time to visit the place with the product, they started assuring that the product is working fine and harassed me in front of other onlookers present in the spot all for Rs.2000 only(the price i paid for the product)(/when just a month back i purchase a refrigerator worth Rs.26000 from them and were interested in buying more). I felt disgusted and couldn't reason why they have not tried to self-engineer and assured me the product is fine on the first day of intimation. I would've used it when it was cold for which I bought it in the first place. Why I had to wait this long to get any kind of 'after sales assistance'- or is it not in your company policy? Even if it's there why did the manager of that unit assured me of exchange. I feel this is harassment and need to address to higher level. If your company have any sort of after sales assistance/ grievance redressal then I will wait for your communication for maximum 7 days from today alternately ignore it and keep my Rs.2000 along with the product which I left at the unit today after being insulted by your staffs. Name- Krishnendu Paul Email- I have emailed the same concern to them again on 01.03.2022 and also posted to their facebook page what ty shamelessly avoided like earlier. This is not discrete incident think about it the concern has been repeatedly addressed to the customer care of this electronic chain which they chose to ignore. Next could be you or your family facing the after sales issue like me. Electronics items need good after sales assitance. Edit: I have received the replacement product after complaining to Police. Now they have called and came to my doorstep to deliver the replaced product apologetically. Review remains same for their pathetic service. Why would one need it to go to police to purchase an electronic product!? However with their present standard of service it is essential as it appears.
