★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend this place for your car accessories. First of all the equipment provided by them is not at all of good quality. The the fitting is really bad. I got seat covers for my car but the stitching and fittings was very bad. I had to ask them to replace many of the covers like head rest and back seat covers. Then the people working on the fitting are not at all experienced. Few school going kids do the work and are not at all serious and damage half the things. They even destroyed my seat pulley to adjust the seat. I have to get it fixed in showroom. Also they scratched one of the seat covers while fixing the seat inside the car. So overall a very very bad experience at their store and also the price of items is not very reasonable. I went their under someone's recommendation but turns out it was a very bad decision. Please avoid this place if you love your car and don't want to feel frustrated and cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their commitment for full customer satisfaction is commendable. Sometime there are some unforeseen mistakes they commits but they will try every possible solution to make the delivery fully complaint. In my case I faced an issue while trying to do floor lamination for my car and there are some issue with the factory fitting itself , they appoint their most senior staff to look after my issue , and he gave almost 6-7 hours to solve my issue dedicatedly and I was really surprised when I saw the final finishing, by one point of time I given up hope but they told me not to be worried. And for that work they did not charged me any extra penny but provides me an discount as it took more than usual to finish my work. Their stuff strength is good and experts in all areas .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the items of Car accessories I ordered was available in store baring one or two items. Most of the Staffs dedications towards works are good & appreciative. They are very attentive to the requirements, especially I will name here Mr. Rudra who was very serious & reasonable on rectifying one of my works requisites & rectified the work with reasonable amount of time & as per basic standard need. I will visit again surely for any more jobs also once needed at ahead.

The whole team does have a great knowledge on what they are doing with good experience which is clearly visible when you see them work.
Not to mention about the owner, he is a very gentle man with good suggestive approach when you reach for car decoration. Will visit again.

Only negative, Mr Sandip an employee of this shop who doesn't know how to behave with a customer and seems unfit for service industry, sorry for such strong words. When I was discussing this with other staff, even they agreed and told this is a feedback from most of the customers.
