★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HDFC bank is known for good service, but particularly this branch service is pathetic. Staffs are very reluctant to work, no-cooperative much like age old SBI. Unless you are there to buy some product or loan, you will hardly find any enthusiasm from any staff to serve you. Always customer bhagane ki mood me. I had even complained against one of their staff for providing wrong information to me, but seems the entire branch needs reshuffle. They will pamper you while selling something, but post sale, wont even pick your call or reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited there for my credit card address change, but got to know that all the work related to credit cards done over phone or online, they can't help much offline.
But still staff was very nice and helpful, they requested me to fillup a form with address proof and they will courier to to credit card department.
