★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional UBI branch in Calcutta. They don't see any email communications & intentionally delays customer services so that you have to visit the branch twice or thrice. Better to shift your account to nearby SBI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of of the third graded c type branch of united bank of India which has now become Punjub National Bank . All the staffs are non cooperative and use to shout upon customers, without having any respect to senior citizens. Manager branch even thretend me when I enquired about my interest amount against a FD.
