★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad stuffs absolutely harassing experience takes to long to do any work and all the time half of the stuffs are not available in working hours it almost take 1-2 hours to deposit money or to update your passbook very poor service and extremely harassing for office working people and senior citizens

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 4th June 21 reached this PNB Branch around 9.40AM .. Unfortunately bank opened at around 10.35 AM with one employee and a security guard. Two more employees reported in at 10.45 Am..
I just wanted to updated d email of a FD as there were repeated prompts for re-renewal of FD. I failed to get it done as they wanted KYC to be done with physical presence of person concerned. This resolution was given after almost an hour of wait..
The employees took another 25 mnts to fix computer and networking link,
As a senior citizen when I raised a soft complain, the younger employee who was attending me accused me of lying unnecessarily with false delaying concern..
I wish not to have such such dam embarrassing experience ever again and I ridicule such attitude of pnb employee of this branch..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is most probably the worst branch of Punjab National Bank, which is as a branch yet so horific which is enough to harm the Mother Branch, rather the Brand Name itself. May be 2 and a half year back the branch used being of UNITED BANK OF INDIA that is now undertaken by PUNJUB NATIONAL BANK. I personally had been a victim - yes exactly victim of their Manegar's great excessive pride, highest degree of unprofessional attitude and evidently having no sense of humanity. Amezingly the other staff's has embraced his style and assume that they just knows banking and rest means customer's are Cow. I got an idea one day that years back when I actively working of the Resurv Bank Initiated CTS PROJECT ,FINACLE CAME IN A NEW STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONALITY AND ALL DETAILS OF BANKING is being shaken up while they open their lips to educate me banking.
PATHETIC, Every human should be humble because stranger or known you never know about the person whom you talking to may have more knowledge than you.
