★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please never buy hair products from New Paul Brothers. I bought a L'oreal Excellence hair color 6A and the package did not contain a conditioner which the Company provides. Using this Company's hair color since my childhood (not to mention the indication leaflet also declares about the package contents i.e. hair color+developer+serum+conditioner) I never received a pack without a conditioner until now. I heard that some online portals also do this, they send the product without a conditioner or hair serum or something else, but not genuine sites) so to counter check it I asked the salesman if the package is genuine and has all the contents, he replied that "god knows what others are selling but this package is genuine and has got all the contents." Seriously? I had to use a normal hair repair conditioner and not a color protecting one. Please take extreme caution before you buy anything there. This was my experience there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please never visit this shop. These people are fraud. They girl at the counter acts very sweet when you go tothe shop and will try to sell every product of loreal. If you ask them that they have that same product in some other brand, theys say no and then give you highly priced loreal products only.
After that they say they will give30% discount on all loreal products buts thats not true
Discount is only on limited expensive products
And in case you want to return or exchange something, then too they will say that buy something only from loreal
Because that sales girl has sold loreal product to meet her monthly selling target and if a customer wants to exchange something then this will affect her target sales, so anyhow you have to buy only loreal cosmetics
They are totally fraud
And when you go for exchange no body helps you out
Even that sales girl does not show interest bcz exchange of any product is not adding to her sales
They sell products saying they will show best results but no such thing happens
They only extort money from customers
Very bad experience. Never go to this shop

The staff is polite when they want money but if you will have a concern with their fraud stuff then they will dupe you
Liars! Bunch of liars! Especially Komal, Jyoti and the owners are just incredibly exploitative
