★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m surprised with good feedbacks by ppl. My experience with their services is not good. Couple of weeks back I've ordered 2 birthday cakes for my son and daughter. I've chosen butterscotch and mix fruit flavors. The butterscotch cake was just ok (monjinis and balleys have cakes with better taste) but they gave Choco chips cake instead of mix fruit. I got very disappointed with that. When I personally spoke the person, he just casually said we'll take care from next time. From next onwards, I'll think twice before availing their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to this place multiple times.. writing review for overal experience.. likes - Red velvet cake (best), choco hazelnut, brownies and veg puff as snacks. While rasmalai cake was not as good as I was expecting problem is they us essence instead of actual rasmalai so I would suggest to avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of their products is good most of the times. Have been taking bakery items and cakes from here for a while now. No complaints so far. Since this is a known bakery chain, they keep up in terms of quality. Must try. They have good options in cakes and are fresh mostly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 2.5 kg cake for my daughters birthday. The cake was good in taste. However the color used in cake was very low quality. I served cake and my fingers became pink..even after 2-3 wash the pink color is not going. Kids who are portion of cake has their teeth in pink color. The color should be of food quality. I am in food industry and can definitely confirm the color used is very poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely you get fresh bread everyday. They keep very limited stocks of variety of breads. If you are late to grab intime, there are chances you are out of stock.
I like their quality of bread and mava cake.
