★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever order cake from here . I had ordered red velvet cake for my wife birthday . I wanted the cake with photo so they charged me 1000RS . Neither the photo on cake was clear nor the cake was fresh. I dumped the whole 2kg cake.Very much disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BAKER TO ANYONE. The birthday cake which i bought was old and stale. God and the seller only knows how old was the cake. Regret buying from this unprofessional people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience... please someone get this outlet closed. People if you are reading this review then please don't go to this place. Owner is very rude and arrogant. they don't take any responsibility of their work.
I ordered 4 chocolate chip pastries via Swiggy and they delivered pinapple pastries instead. The shopowner was blaming Swiggy for not checking the order before pick up. but they should pack the correct order at the 1st place.
Shop owner very irresponsibly said that "I will pack whatever I want to in the package, Swiggy should check it" Terrible guy! terrible service! terrible shop!
Swiggy people were very cooperative. Even though its not their mistake, they gave me refund coupon.

If you charge for bag then please keep some good quality bag and don't use for it for your branding.
Or either make it free for customer if you want brand promotion.
It's total wastage of money we can't reuse it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a Vanilla chocochips cake and was told it was fresh and made on the same day, but it didn't feel fresh at all. It was very dry and flavour was very bad. It was one of the worst cakes I ever ate. Really regretted buying cake from here when other wonderful options existed. Many other reviews with same experience, wish I had read them before buying. I thought being a big brand, they would have nice and strict quality control over the products but it does not seems so.
