They are conservative as hell!!
For a renter you can not survive here. Each day will bring you a new issue to solve & ultimately you will be exhausted because we can't not deal with stupidity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good,construction is not good,door pannels cupboard doors bathroom fittings all are very poor quality,no cross ventilation in flats,no inbuilt almirah lofts provided,maintenance is very poor parking for two and four wheelers is insufficient residents have to park their vehicle outside premises,stp yet not started.
