1. Owner did not show much interest at the beginning even after visit to shop. He kinda ignored and was busy with his work
2. Had told for 40 density cushion, they had put softy cushion. We came to know about this only when we visited the shop to check the sofa once it was ready. Owner put it on the workers. Surely it can't be that owner wasn't aware of it. After complaining, he got it rectified.
3. The final cost of repair and estimate given initially had a big difference.
4. The side and back of the sofa was not well cushioned.
5. In trying to get the sofa back, they damaged the walls and door.
I would not recommend this place. Look elsewhere.
