They have untrained mechanic having rude behaviors.
They used to tell take service from other provider if you can. they behave like they are king and as a customer we are nothing.

Taking the benefit of being a single shop in sector 8 in Panchkula. Shop owner and mechanic both used to say this word if you want take our service or go some where else its your choice.
Every one run business for earn money but behaviors matters, but these guys are ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend to take service from these guys, I am saying this because they are full of arrogance and they say they are the only shop in sector 8, "Kam karwana hai to kawaao nahin to kahin aur dekh lo". their mechanic behavior is very very rude.
Perhaps they are having very good business so full of arrogance no customer care and good customer and service provide relation.
I have taken service from then since 2012 but now above behavior got multiple times

They kept untrained mechanic. last time they have broken my water cooler switch and asking me money for this.
Later I fixed that myself and made the switch working.
Never take the service from this guy. Shop owner and their mechanic who come to provide service behave very rudely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my experience when I went to their shop, they treated me very well not only they were able to repair my product but also suggested me the ways so that I can use it longer, very happy to visit there, do recommend everyone to visit there and have a pleasant experience. Both the owner and workers definitely deserves a big round of applause for their hardwork and dedication towards the work, which is very rare to see in these days.
Well done guys!!
