★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some officials are too lazy, Lies within seconds to avoid work and would even revert back their statements when get caught lieing. Would have given 0 ratings. Instead of giving solutions they rather make the customer struggle.
Also complaint mechanism is biased towards its employees and don’t seems to work in this bank.
My advice to customers would be to not go in this bank for loan. Only for general banking.
