It is the cheap & best and multi facility nursing home of New Town as well as South Bengal??
I just can’t thank enough each and every one of the staff for all of their dedication. I was very impressed with the dignity and respect with which the hospital staffs treated me during my stay.??

I will ever remain grateful to all the team members here who have remained successful in saving my grandmother's life by dispensing their utmost dedication.
I thank Dr. S.S. Das from the bottom of my heart for being the most important person in my journey with this nursing home. His dedication and commitment is unparalleled and beyond limits. A person like Him is the rearest kind.
The nurses were well trained and laborious.
Altogether, my experience was splendid throughout and therefore, I highly recommended this place for all round treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted under Dr Santanu Naskar and got the baby delivered during October 2016. I was fully satisfied with the attention provided by the doctor as well as the other staffs of the nursing home.
Few days later, my baby was again admitted for Phototherapy. Though he was admitted under the paediatrician but Dr Naskar took utmost care of my baby. Thank you Doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted on 1st Feb'21 for my Femer bone fractures, immediately a group of Specialist Doctors started investigations and treatment. Within a few days I was operated by Dr Anant Kumar Garg, a renowned surgeon, using foreign made best implant (hip ball) with moderate charges. Within a week they made me fit and sent home. They have given cash less facilities against Mediclaim. Care and service excellent. Recommended Dr. Santanu Naskar, MD for Gyno and General consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few years back my mother underwent surgery done by SANTANU NASKAR and he was good. Seeing that this year 2021 I took my pregnant wife to Newtown Nursing home to consult SANTANU NASKAR in the month of January. Since then everytime I visited there, I was only asked to do series of tests. He had no time to listen to us and preparing us mentally for higher surgery cost. Since January my wife's hemoglobin is on the lower side and SANTANU NASKAR did not bother about changing the medicine nor thought how to increase the hemoglobin level. All he was thinking is MONEY. Finally when my entire family tested Covid +ve and I happened to call so called Doctor to ask how to go about this, he answered "I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I DONT HAVE DATA WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THIS SENARIO. CALL ME AFTER 14 DAYS". Is this how a DOC treats his/hed patient. I had to take another opinion and now her hemoglobin level coming back to normal. Have some moral responsibilty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the nursing staff are pathetic. They do not know how to speak to the patient party, the basic courtesy is missing. I do wonder if the management if the management is aware of the situation, or they too behave similarly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this hospital. Behaviour of the full hospital staffs ( mainly the security gaurds) are pathetic. Rooms are in worst condition. Very untidy environment. They don't allow patient to have mobile phone with them that's a big drawback of the hospital. They don't have permanent nursing staffs. Before admitting any patient think twice. Fully waste of money and time. Please be aware.
