★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall Experience is not even Bad , as it's just worse , as one my close ones got hospitalised in this nursing home only for one day and the final bill was rs14,000 +,
and the medicines that they gave was even less then 1,000 bucks , and just in a day hardly any body examination was done properly, So therefore these scam nursing homes is only meant for rich people , But definitely not for middle class people like us ,
And whoever has shared negative reviews it's not at all false or fake as this place is ripping of patients & their family member ..
So Definitely not all recommended for any middle class or lower middle class ..
But rich people pls go ahead ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst nightmare anyone can have. The patient was admitted for anxiety. They called the next day that the patient needs to be immediately admitted to hospital. A person who went inside walking , how can he be in such a miserable condition overnight? The patient couldn't get up and went bedridden for 48hrs.We had to admit him to a renowned hospital where they mentioned of drug overdose. This is the worst place to admit anyone.If you value life of the person whom you are admitting my suggestion would be a strict NO NO NO.For making the condition of the patient worst they charged 25.5 K in 1.5days.They should be charged with fraud.On top of this,they are a bunch of liars who gave wrong information about patient during his stay.They didn't feed him for a day and mentioned he has been fed.
Now it's your call..Dr.Arnab Ghosh Hazra also couldn't help to revive the health of the patient.It was in his advice we admitted the patient to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review after 2 months of discharge. My brother was admitted with acute aggression due to chronic alcoholism. He was cured and now joined his job after de addiction treatment. We are satisfied with the treatment of deaddiction specialist Dr. Ayan Basak. Staffs are caring. Management is helpful. All the facilities are very good, but costly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience in this hospital is excellent. This is one of the oldest psychiatric hospital of Kolkata with trained staffs. My brother was admitted with an acute violent and agitated condition. He was addicted to alcohol and ganja for 12 years. He responded well with de-addiction treatment. I am thankful to all the staffs and special thanks to his consultant psychiatrist DR AYAN BASAK.
