★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service...Even in case of emergency they don't respond. Adamant attitude of staffs are disgusting may endanger the life of consumer. Bitter experience in Kolkata IOC. Hope any one suggest right platform to make these people more prompt and better service to complaint as technicians are making fool to both consumer and agency.

First of all behaviour was very good. People are very helpful and having sound knowledge in process.
Got delivery within 2days.
Delivery boy didn't forced for xtra money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Space constraint. Entrance narrow with stairs. Chances of any one may fall down specially the aged people. In many houses children are away, naturally aged people are to do their own work.In some countries i think there is a provision to get help from young people and such help days are accumulated in the name of that helping chap and while he becomes olg get similar support and his helping days are encashed. In India if such thing happens will be a great job done .Thanks.
