★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service. This agency should be closed asap if we want safety of customers. We were feeling gas leak in our kitchen, upon complaining no steps were taken by this agency. We waited from morning to night, but no one was sent for checking. Hopeless service, third class employees working for this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are total fraud and extremely non cooperative. I had been a long time customer but never found anything good about their service. Recently I surrendered my connection and after harassing me for 3 days they did not return the full deposit, instead held back Rs 200 as 'Administrative Charge' that too without any papers. The surrender paper shows the full refund amount though.
I could have given a Zero star if possible.
