The initial phone conversation was pretty good. But, I wanted to meet in person as I suspected they've fake(11K followers but under 10 likes on each post) Instagram followers. They were ok and scheduled an appointment for the in-person meeting.
I came from Raja park(Around 12KM away from the studio) and ended up wasting my 2 hours. The rep didn't even show an interest and seems he was in rush. He didn't provide any information and started with "bolo sir, kya chaie". It was a rude reaction but still, I tried my best to continue the conversation. I threw all my queries and got just one answer "Go to Instagram". Even the info I asked for was not there. I proved it and showed it on my phone. He said we can only provide this information once you make the booking.
Also, my 4.5-year son touched a soft toy and the lady's reaction was quite horrible(NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL). I'm sure, they can't make anyone(especially kids) comfortable.
I was quite fortunate as I met them in person and made up my mind to not move forward with these guys.
