We were able to create fully functionals 6 department (LOB) application in less than a month of work and this includes QA and User Acceptance Testing. Access Control was a client requirement where we found it very easy to configure user access to each application, such as limiting departmental users to their departmental applications and even more granular to which menu item was visible to different teams such as External Operations, Internal Operations or Management. The online training combined with hand-on tasks will ensure the "developers" can quickly understand how to solve for the business requirements. As with any product, sometimes you will need to get help or think about how to do something so that's where you can search to see if the functionality you need is in the Joget Market Place or someone has written about it in the support forums. I had the requirement for 5 levels of cascading dropdown lists that were all data bound. This was easily achieved thru configuration once the mechanism was understood. All in all, the Business owners were happy with the ability to quick turn around change requests raised by the Client.

They do not give holiday as others give plus they do not pay for the overtime.
Poor work life balance. They work on old technology which are outdated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company handled my placement round very unprofessionally. I had an online interview with this company after clearing my first round. Interview was scheduled at 11 AM, and got a call at 10:50 AM from them to be ready and be on time. To my surprise at 11 AM, there was no interviewer. Interviewer came at 12 PM, full one hour late. And I had sit one hour in front of my system, doing nothing. My interview lasted merely 20 minutes and answered almost every question correctly. But I wasn't shortlisted for next round because interviewer took 45 minutes interview of everyone barring the early students to cover the time, and all those students with 45 minutes interview got shortlisted. Company also didn't sent any rejection message to us and giving any reason. Very unprofessional.
