★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love new u until recently after their staff has started behaving rudely. On my last to last visit, they introduced me to a offer on colorbar products which i knew from the colorbar site and on interrogating, they claimed that the offer is only available at their store. This is a lie. On my last visit, I purchased two Lakme products and they were giving me an offer if I would purchase three products. I refused to purchase a third product and they flipped over. The sales executive started behaving rudely and started saying things to her colleague like 'is she already done? Is she not buying anymore?' in a very rude tone I couldn't have expected out of the staff. Also, the prices have rised as compared to the Brand's website. They have started looting their customers and also started misbehaving with us. New u used to my preferred store for all the drugstore makeup because of their offers and authentic products but I am highly disappointed by them lately.
