He didn't forced me to buy his product as he really creates desire and help me to choose what is right for me. I prefer everyone to be served by sajid khan his service is really awesome..
And I will always shop from him wherever hi will be.

I'll be very honest I have never been treated better by an employee before at any store , Mr Sajid Khan to be particular , they showed a wide range of products and helped with the concerns I had . He was well behaved , very well spoken and had a lot of knowledge of the products - extremely happy with the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited dlf Saket store. Wanted to buy Charlotte tilbury but the staff clueless about brand or products.
Expiry date of products was less than a year to go, staff told me the ‘Indian ‘ expiry date was longer. Bad mouthing the colour range of the brand which doesn’t inspire much confidence. Needless to say, left without buying anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, Honestly speaking I love the brand sol de janeiro, super hyped bum bum cream .It was sold out on nykaa app . I specially went to nykaa store - Saket DLF , Delhi to check whether they have it available with them and I am so glad I got it there ❤️ One of the staffer - Sarah helped me out and My god she is such a sweetheart, kind and was so helpful in the entire process , though there were so many clients during the sale . She also helped me out after my checkout , ofc can’t visit the store daily but thanks to Sarah that she helps me out with my queries at the ease of my house . And yes do try out sol de janeiro . Thank you Sarah and nykaa DLF , Saket .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular outlet has really bad customer service..never forthcoming... the staff at chanakya is much better & so helpful. Saket staff no one comes forth & are rather rude..pathetic experience with Mohit at cash counter today. Doesn't know how to address a lady..also no mask given these times. The girls assisting were very apologetic..but he had nothing to say.
