We asked foe thr correct shades with codes too ! Lipstick wic v asked for was sugar metalli of rs 1199 ! Befuh tht the lady showed us smtg else wic was 550 ! Nd i dimt refused to c tht ! I saw the shades wic she showedd ! Later i showed my lipstick phyically telling i want the same then she said no its not available ! Its metallic lipstick ! I was lk i want this only ! The product wic she showed was buy 1 get 1 wic v dint ask at all ! Tht time she said me like lk metallic is 1k this is 550 in sme cheap manner ! Me having the same of 5 diff shades know wts the price nd dat lady was soo unpolite ! Her name id asha she was the promoter of Sugar in new u ! Though i showed her phycially she shd knw sme basic things ! She dint knw hw to converse to customer ! She was lowley behaved ! We r the customers for sugar frm past 3 plus years ! Bd vk well abt the products ! Very sad about this place ! Manager resposed ok but i wasnt satisfied with his respnse ! Dey dnt have dat good collections also ! Professional stores like sephora and such respnds gud nd staffs r professional !
