Nykaa On Trend - Bengaluru

I bought 5 items from this store first of all prices are different then Nykaa website and the second thing is they sell used product I bought 5 items from which 1 item Lakmé lipstick was not sealed and was dried. Moreover their numbers don’t work.

Customer service isn't upto the mark.. There is sheer indifference on the part of sales girls and they are in a great hurry always to bill the products.. And they think customers are illiterates as they dictate people to what to write in the reviews right there in the shop.. Learn to attend people with welcome attitude first.. Then naturally you'll get positive reviews..That was utter showcase of insecurity..

If i could give 0 stars, I would. The coustomer service was absolutely horrible. The woman working there spoke very very condescendingly and did not answer any of my concerns. She couldn't wait to get me out of that store. Absolutely horrible job.

I am a regular customer of Nyka from past 7 years @ Mantri Square.I had visited Nyka store, had a very good experience yeateday.Executuve Vinutha Mahadeva helped me in finding the right products.. she is very ameable and pleasant and her way of assistance in picking the right products.is commendable.. she is very friendly and I have noticed these many a times, ofcourse I did not know her name earlier, Products are very good , but on an higher end, please check if there are any promotional offers which can be levied so as to reduce the pricing and improve customer walk-ins. I am happy with the products bought but only concern is the pricing ?

I visited the Nykaa store at Mantri Square Mall today and I am compelled to write a bad review owing to their really pathetic customer care and support. This is not just a one time occurrence, and I have been appalled by the poor service they provide the 3 times I have visited this store. I don't think I will be visiting this store again, until they train their staff or change their staff for the better. A short lady, (spoke Kannada and English, don't know the name because Nykaa very conveniently does not have name badges but when she billed my order, the name on the bill was Vinutha Mahadeva) insisted on helping, her tone and body language was very rude. She tried to keep promoting certain brands, insisting i buy them even though she did not have testers for these. When I tried to look around the very poorly maintained store, she would not even let me look at other brands, including their home brand Nykaa! I persisted, and when I asked for some of them for which they had displayed testers, she said they are out of stock as they no longer wish to keep those brands in their store! Why keep the testers on display then? And why compel me to buy brands for which there are no testers? They insist on Kay Beauty, HUDA and MAC over their own brand or other brands like Lakme and Maybelline. During billing, the other male member (had short hair, medium stature, spoke only Hindi) who is usually around this store decided to give themselves a 5 star rating as MY customer review right in front of me. And when i questioned this, he decided to smile at me and look unapologetic. The same lady who billed my order (bill states the name as Vinutha Mahadeva) justified this by stating that the review page lasts only for 20 seconds, which absolutely cannot justify what they did. (Probably to get herself/himself good ratings within the company - helps promotions etc i suppose). This is atrocious behaviour that cannot be tolerated. It would be really sad if Nykaa decides to rely on such false, concocted customer reviews to promote such staff as they will continue to shoo away the most loyal customers. Thereafter, this same lady decided to not to help with removing the lipstick swatches on my hand despite me requesting for it, but also decided to stand afar and stare. This is really poor behaviour on their part and wards off customers. If possible, i would give them a negative rating, not 1 star. The bill drawn by this lady displays the name as Vinutha Mahadeva.

After many suggestsions from other artists, I ended up with a collection of tubes that are unused and junked. But Vinutha Mahadeva suggests the most perfect and pretty lipstick shades! Thanks you for understanding me and making me feel comfortable! She is awesome.

I visited Nykaa store at mantri mall yesterday, I must mention the artists were so kind going above and beyond in finding alternatives and helping me. I had the most wonderful experience in the store looking at the cosmetics and ambience is very lit up and cute. Highly recommend for varieties and to try new stuff because everybody are delightful and kind. Thumbs up!!! Happy to visit again?

I have visited today to nykaa on trend there are many varieties of products but some of the products are out of stock that's little bit disappointment overall there is a new staff she treated me well im love with the purchase. I have purchased two nail polish ? which is in trending now. thank you..
